Oakview Mobile Home Estates is an active over Fifty-Five community located in rural Arcadia, Florida. The park has 123 beautifully maintained and landscaped spaces. The park is conveniently located close to many activities such as golf, fishing, shopping and the world famous Arcadia Rodeo.

Although these are great activities, you do not have to leave the park to have fun. Our community has a  newly remodeled recreation hall that includes a bingo hall, community book shelves, kitchen, card tables and plenty of room for events.

Attached to the recreation hall is our newly resurfaced pool with picnic areas and gas grills, four shuffleboard courts and two horseshoe pits. There is also a separate billiards room and a 2 acre fishing lake for your enjoyment. This close knit friendly community has many other activities such as bingo, cards, coffee clutches, pot luck dinners and group trips.
