Oakview has been a family owned and operated business since 1984. The Kohl family owns and operates three other mobile home park communities located in Florida.  The Valley  in Mount Dora, The Hills in Apopka and Treasure Isles located in Port Orange. All of these communities are in great locations in Florida and are extremely well maintained for the best in adult community living.

Hello, My name is Karen Strand. When my family purchased Oakview, I moved from North Palm Beach to become the general manager. In addition to managing Oakview for the past 22 years, I received my Masters in Special Education from Barry University and worked as a resource teacher in Sarasota, Florida.  I have three children, Michael 22, Ryan 20, and Marilisa 17.

 

Hello, my name is Ginger Smith. I am the office manager here at Oakview Mobile Home Estates. In addition to managing, I also help with sales of new and pre-owned homes. I moved from Michigan two years ago and have found a home here at Oakview. I love living at Oakview and am excited about my new position. If you want to know why this is a great community to live in, call me as I would love to talk to you. I have 2 children and 6 grandchildren.

Hello, my name is Mike Craycraft. I am originally from Springfield, Ohio. I have lived in Arcadia for the past 26 years. I am married with 2 children and 2 grandchildren. I started working part time for Oakview in September of 2004. In April of 2006, I took over as the full-time Maintenance Manager. I am committed to keeping Oakview one of the best kept mobile home communities in the state of Florida.
